ABOUTUS //Mehmet Buyukciftci, Chairman of the Board of Memet Machinery Industry Trade Inc., was born in Konya in 1972. He went into industry at the age of 12 and started to work in various companies. He gained experience and knowledge in his field by passing the stages of apprenticeship and journeyman. In 1997, he established his own workplace and put his acquisition into practice. When he opened this workplace, he borrowed a tractor that had a fair value of $6000 appreximately from his father and used it as capital. He put his workplace into operation with a lathe in 80 square meters in a small industrial site.
Memet Machinery has become a company that manufactures candy and chocolate machines, exports to 65 countries in the world with by enlarging from 40 thousand square meters to 26 thousand m2 closed area and with 180 experienced employees and has a say in sugar and chocolate machines in its sector.

It can be shaped according to the usage area of the facility to be established and the types of products to be made // The surfaces in contact with food and the outer body of the machine are completely made by CR-NI stainless steel // Product selection and weight can be adjusted on the screen with the functional PLC and touch screen // Optional units such as Hazelnut Unit, Granule Droping Unit, Wafer Unit, Biscuit Unit and book mould unit can be added to the line in order to obtain different products in the Automatic Shell line // It is possible to work with magnetic moulds with special units to be added for three-dimensional products. In this way, products of desired shapes (seafood, globe, surprise eggs, etc.) can be made // In addition, these products can be centerfilled by adding optional hazelnut, almond, cream and jelly fillings // With the automatic demoulding unit, the moulds are rotated and the products are emptied onto the band, and then the products are transferred with the tape while the moulds are directed to be refilled // Optional robot arm (6 axes) can be added to the automatic demoulding unit. In this way, three-dimensional products are demould from the mould with vacuum pads and left on the packaging tape or separator // As an automatic line, the mould pass through the starting units unless the product changes. After all the operations, the mould returns to the beginning and automatically repeats this operation continuously // The body of the depositor has a hot water jacket and its temperature is controlled by the external water tank unit.
