A riot is a condition that can be described as a disaster situation. According to the Kenan Malik riots usually involves damage to public property, it also may involve civilians injured because their violent actions. However, according to Anthony Robins riot situation can also be interpreted as a specific debate between the certain group, this show that riots not only be categorized in the action but can also be categorized as reverberate actions.
We were shocked by the riot tragedy on July 13 by a group which made a commotion in the biggest center of IT products in Malaysia,Plaza Lowyat. This tragedy is thought to occur due to an individual suspected of stealing a mobile phone, but according to the respondents in the social networking site this incident occurred due to a reliable handset seller deceive customers that eventually led to riots caused the dissatisfaction of the individuals concerned.
In this assignment, we will explore this issue in greater depth, which we will analyze this issue in detail and also provide a solution that can be taken to prevent this from happening, it will also tell about how Islam approaches to this issue.
Plaza Lowyat riot chronology
11 JUL 2015 at 2231 hours, a police report was lodged by a Chinese man in connection fights in Upper Ground, Low Yat Plaza. This police report was made at the police station TUN HSLee, and has been made HSL Rpt: -23377/15. This police statement relates following the theft made HSL Rpt: -23347/15.

Age: 27 Years, 8 Months
Occupation: Employee phone shop
Address: 4Q, block 4, Public Housing Sri Penang, Jalan Ikan Emas, KUALA LUMPUR.

A summary of the police report is as follows: -
(a) HSL Rpt: -23377/15 11 JUL 2015 at 2000 hours the complainant had received a call from the complainant's supervisor phone shop in lot G 31 Low Yat states there have been cases occur. After inquiring with other employees complainant found out this afternoon there are cases of theft at the upper ground and place of the fighting are shops that capture the Malay man who had stolen a mobile phone this afternoon. Employees complainant stated fuss by 7 Malay guy. They have split the shops and also mobile phones and has hit two workers and injured claimants. Security guards have tried to resolve this chaos, but sadly been ignored. A Malay man stated that he was not afraid of the police and entered into a lock-up. When many workers at the Low Yat are in the area, all of them fled. My employees can capture images and video during the commotion occurred.
(b) HSL Rpt: -23347/15.11 JUL 2015 at 1647 hours when the complainant was keeping mobile phone shop in the address TECHASIA Boutique lot UG 021, Low Yat Plaza, Jalan Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur has come first Malay man looking at and interested in a smartphone, Lenovo A860. Men were asked to reduce the price and the complainant agreed to reduce the price, the Malay man has agreed to buy the phone. When the complainant to take the free gift complacent to be given to the complainant's men found the man was gone. The complainant stated that the thief screamed when they saw the man coming down from the Malay escalators and at the same time people have caught the man on the ground floor. The complainant found that the phone was not the man, the man handed the security guard and the current in the Malay male security guard stated that he is strong Bukit Bintang. The complainant had contacted the police and they were taken to the police station to make a report.
Police actions.
Both suspects have gone to Low Yat Plaza to buy a phone, but the phone had run SHAHRUL civilians had arresting and handing over the two suspects to the security guard. Members MPV arrests have been made back to HSL brought back to the station. However, KHAIRUL been released. Khairul was calling his group to go to the store OPPO Plaza Low Yat for revenge.
The results of the investigation and the interrogation SB DW is like the following: -
i) SHAHRUL admitted stealing mobile phones but have fallen while fleeing.
ii) CCTV has recorded works SHAHRUL run mobile phones.
iii) Admit they've taken drugs before going to the Plaza Low Yat.
iv) KHAIRUL gang has admitted calling for revenge at Plaza Low Yat. Among group identified are Ayie, Mat, Tiger (Ampang Jaya Police KS), Wan, Ali & Baby.

The meeting was chaired by T / KPD DW on 12/07/2015 at 1430-1520 in the IPD with BSJ DW DW, DW & D7 SB Bukit Aman. T / KPD DW ordered the following actions: -
i) Efforts to detect geng2 still at large.
ii) Create a urine test
iii) The capturing Chinese man who was involved in a brawl as neutralize action.
iv) Wire cam both sides.
v) Provide the facts to KP & KJSJ make a press conference on Monday.
vi) Static member mpv & Urb at Plaza Low Yat to avoid any action geared any of the racial tension.

- The world has changed, not from thieves dare revenge.
- Security guards are useless, only to witness only.
- Criticized the Malay gives a reason they bought a clone phone, but the problem, it is upon shops licensed to sell it impossible to clone.

Problem Solving
Every problem there is a solution, and any solution requiring the identification of the cause. Thus, in this issue is caused by unsatisfied individual itself. To approach this problem from the point of prevention is, the first action should not terrorism, but to report to the authorities. This is because only the authorities who control the deed to whether an individual should or should not be punished. But what happened in this issue? They use violence against reported to the authorities.
For how to treat these conditions as well, is actually quite difficult to do, however, there remains a path that can be taken to address this problem. Briefly, this case ended with a penalty on individuals who allegedly stole the cell phone. However, still angered by the respondents in the social networking site mainly Malay, as it is believed that individuals accused of stealing but still also sentenced. In the meantime, though there are some individuals who are on the social networking site is not satisfied in relation to this incident, there are also individuals who are trying to defuse the situation upload image icons 1 Malaysia which gather thousands of young people of diverse races, especially the Malay and Chinese writing thus exhibits "we love Malaysia".Besides, there are some Chinese girl singing “selamat hari raya “ song in KTM . Islamic Ways
Islamic approach is very easy to follow, but unfortunately many of those who fail to follow. Islamic approach is to softness and prevention through good faith or actions. Therefore, at the time of the prophet many of those who embraced Islam through the prophet acts very high morals. Prevention guide through Islam are as follows:-
"Whosoever of you sees an evil action, let him change it with his hand; and if he is not able to do so, then with his tongue; and if he is not able to do so, then with his heart; and that is the weakest of faith. "
