2. All claims for non-delivery must be made within 10 daysof the invoice date.

3. All claims for shortages or damage in transit must bemade on receipt of goods.

4. No claim will be considered for loss or damage inexcess of the value of goods dispatched which arises outof negligence by us or that of our carriers or any othercauses whatsoever.

5. Return of stock items may be agreed to, at ourdiscretion, with a handling charge of up to 15% beingapplied where we deem it necessary. Special order andspecially manufactured items may not be returned.

6. Proofs. Where photostat proofs of artwork aresubmitted for approval, we shall not incur any liabilityfor errors not corrected by the customer. Alterationsto original copy are deemed ‘authors corrections’ andwill be charged extra.

7. Variations in Quantity. In the case of printing or specialorders, every endeavour will be made to supply tocorrect quantity ordered. However, we reserve theright to supply up to 10% over or below the quantityordered and to charge accordingly.

8. Materials supplied by customer. We reserve the right toreject material including artwork which in our opinion isunsuitable; and any additional costs involved incorrecting such material will be charged accordingly.

9. We reserve the right to change prices without priornotice.

10. Terms as specified on face of invoice. If these terms arenot adhered to we reserve the right to charge intereston a daily basis on overdue amounts at a rate equivalentto 3% above the Lloyds Bank Plc base lending rate thenin force.

11. The risk in the goods shall pass to the Buyer on deliverybut the ownership of the goods shall remain with ArtecProducts until full payment has been received from theBuyer (each order being considered as a whole). In theevent of non-payment Artec Products shall be entitledto repossess the goods and to enter the premises of theBuyer for this purpose.

12. You will understand that while we have attempted tomake all dimensions, colours and descriptions of itemsin our leaflets and price lists as accurate as possible,none the less these colours and descriptions are foryour guidance only.

We aim to provide Next Day Delivery with every order, but can advise stockavailability at time of ordering

Our Minimum Order Value is only £20.00

Our carriage charges are based onconsolidating your order for onedelivery. If this is not possible, an extracarriage charge may be incurred. Youwill be advised if this is the case, priorto despatch of your order.
